Hey everyone! I've been working on my training program, and I could really use some advice. It's a bit challenging, and I'm not sure if I'm on the right track. My main goal is to build muscle and improve overall strength. Right now, I'm doing a combination of weightlifting and cardio, but I feel like I might be missing something. I work out four days a week, focusing on different muscle groups each day. Any thoughts or suggestions?
